- Services are non-refundable. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on-site manager know of any concerns.
- GUARANTEE
- If your acrylic, gel, gel x, dip extensions full set chips within ten days after your visit, please call us to make an appointment to have it touched up with free of charge. Please call during our regular hours. No exceptions.

- If you are late more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot
- GIFT CARDS AND E-GIFT
- Gift certificates are non-refundable. Starlight Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized card use.
